Can you afford to help me?
On my walk home tonight, a man who was homeless asked me “can you afford to help me?”
His question made me think in a new context and because it did, I responded with a yes and gave him 5 bucks. I usually do not, but that’s another post.
He made me wonder how I might restructure my own questions to get more favorable responses and what else I can afford to give.
